Can I train while working full time?

Yes! Many of our students train while working full time jobs. We offer round the clock training seven days a week for your convenience.

How much does it cost?

Costs vary by aircraft selection, location, pace of training, and many other factors. We have students who want to finish in the minimum times and minimum costs, and we have students who want to fly well beyond the minimums before getting their certification. At Blue Line, you can expect your training to cost around $10,000-13,000 if you stick close to the minimums. This pricing INCLUDES “hidden” costs, such as exam fees, supplies, insurance, etc.

How does payment work?

Most students pay as they go by credit card. You can also pay by putting money on account, cash, check, or financing.

Is Financing Available?

Yes! You can financing your training through a variety of sources. Check out our financing page for more information.

How long does the program take?

Course duration depends on frequency of training. If you were a full time student, meaning you trained most of the day, every day, for 2-3 weeks, you could finish in that amount of time. Many students also work full time and choose to fly a couple times a week instead. The course is about 30 appointments, each lasting 2-4 hours. You can do it quickly, or spread it out over a longer period of time. Keep in mind, though, that the longer it takes, the more it will likely cost.

Why should I pick Blue Line?

Blue Line offers high quality training in modern aircraft at a reasonable price. We routinely deliver results that others can’t, and are uniquely equipped to get you through your training on time, on budget, with an exceptional result. We have FAA approved courses, significant investment in quality, management oversight, spacious facilities, and a large fleet to ensure your success.

How do I get started?

The first step in learning to fly is deciding to do it. If you haven’t tried flying, you can do a discovery flight to see how you like it. Once you make the decision to begin training, we meet for an orientation session where we complete paperwork, get you the supplies you need, and get you plugged in to the schedule. We are happy to meet for a facility tour or consultation before you commit to anything as well. Fill out the form below for more info! Can I train while working full time?
