CLIMB CREDIT
We have partnered with Climb Credit to provide our students with financing options. The application is a quick online process and does not affect credit scores. Flexible terms and interest rates are available.
For solo students and renters, we require non-owned/renters insurance. This will protect you fiscally in the event of an incident. We recommend policies from the providers to the right. Sometimes, major insurance companies offer insurance plans that cover aircraft, so check with your current insurance provider as well. For questions on minimum coverage requirements, contact the office.
Each located just minutes from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, we have two apartments for our Career Pilot Program students — The Preserve at Brier Creek and The Crossings at Alexander Place. Both apartments are 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plans offering great amenities. The apartments each have resort-style pools, fitness centers, outdoor grills, washer and dryer, cable television and complimentary WiFi. Each bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a storage trunk. Students are required to bring linens (towels, pillows, sheets or sleeping bag).
For our short-term students we have partnerships with two local hotels — The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and The Hyatt Place. By staying at either of these hotels you will earn a discounted rate during your stay. Both hotels are located just three miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires that all flight students who are not U.S. citizens obtain approval before starting flight training. This rule includes an exemption for discovery flights. Blue Line Aviation is authorized to conduct flight training under the Alien Flight Student Program. The approval process is surprisingly simple, and approval can take as little as two weeks! If you are not a U.S. citizen and are interested in becoming a licensed pilot, we’d love to help you! Please contact us for additional information. Below are some additional helpful links regarding the approval process.
